Compulsory final cleaning:
1-room apartment A € 70,00 / 1-room apartment B € 80,00 / 2-room apartment 3 or 4 pax € 100,00 / 2-room apartment 5 pax € 120,00 / 3-room apartment A 5 pax € 120,00 / 3-room apartment B 5 pax € 140,00 / 3-room apartment 6 pax € 170,00.
The kitchen has to be cleaned by the guest!
Included in the price:
air conditioning, parking, bed linen with weekly change, towels provided once at the start of your stay, gas, light, water, use of washing machine and barbecue, SAT-TV and safe deposit box in the apartment, Wi-Fi, electric vehicle charging point.
On request:
Towels (€ 10,00 per set - 3 pieces).
Not included in the price (available on request):
- Extra bed for children until 12 years: € 50,00 per week.
- Cradle € 30,00. Free if brought by the guest (1 per apartment).
Animals: € 30,00 per week (+ deposit)
Heating on request and price upon consumption.
Arrival and departure: Saturday / Sunday or midweek depending on the possibility | Check-in: 2.00 pm - Check-out: 9.00 am.
