The kitchen has to be cleaned by the guest!
Included in the price:
air conditioning, parking, pubblic beach, bed linen with weekly change, gas, light, water, use of washing machine and barbecue, SAT-TV and safe deposit box in the apartment, Wi-Fi.
To be brought:
Towels and linen for the kitchen (towels on request € 8,00 per set - 3 pieces).
Bed linen change: weekly.
Not included in the price (available on request):
- Extra bed for children until 12 years: € 50,00 per week.
- Cradle € 30,00. Free if brought by the guest (1 per apartment).
Animals: € 30,00 per week (+ deposit)
Heating on request and price upon consumption.
Arrival and departure: Saturday / Sunday or midweek depending on the possibility | Check-in: 2.00 pm - Check-out: 9.00 am.
